New Castle– Delaware State Police Division of Gaming Enforcement is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying the pictured suspect and vehicle. On December 3, 2020, at approximately 3:30 a.m., the suspect used a phone on the Delaware Park Casino property located at 777 Delaware Park Boulevard, Wilmington, to call 911 and report a bomb on the casino property. A search of the property was conducted for a bomb with negative results.
