Volunteer Sign Up Sheet With Time Slots
A volunteer sign-up sheet is a document that is used to track individuals who voluntarily commit themselves to a certain activity or have submitted a volunteer application for participation. The sheets should include important details such as the name of the person and personal contacts such as address, phone, and email column. I want volunteers to know what time/date slots are available and to be able to sign up for ONLY the slots that are. The example problem is: I have an event that runs Saturday and Sunday. There are five 2-hour volunteer shifts on Saturday (10 hours), and four on Sunday (8 hours). I need 4 volunteers for each 2-hour shift.
Knights, some of the sign-up sheets allow you to include the quantity that you are signing up, so you can have your friends and family help. When you see Item QTY, please enter the quantity that you are signing up.
If you are signing up yourself, then Item QTY = 1
If your wife will be helping, then Item QTY = 2 etc.
The tasks with ‘(multi)‘ at the end allow do not restrict you from signing up for multiple tasks during the same time slot.
