Plan: Together, we implemented a three part plan to reach these objectives. Prior to the March 5, 2012 launch of the new motorcoach service, we did our research – CCL studied the surrounding markets, evaluated the current WinStar program, sought out reputable motorcoach operators, conducted competitive analyses and explored expansion opportunities. In working with the marketing department and the casino's advertising agency, the plan of action was implemented, including rebranding the motorcoach program, which would synchronize the Winstar World Casino brand with the new luxury motorcoach service. This would give the new Winstar World Casino motorcoach program a consistent image and brand identity. From this, we developed the Winstar World Casino Express marketing campaign. We targeted key markets within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area and beyond, creating strategic lines run routes.
Successes: The launch of the program was highly anticipated and did not disappoint. Since the program was launched on March 5, 2012, we have expanded the reach of the service three times, now servicing 90 locations throughout Texas and Oklahoma. We operate over 30 arrivals everyday utilizing wrapped motorcoaches that are branded as the Winstar World Casino Express. In a recent two day period, we transported over 2950 guests on the WinStar World Casino Express.
Marketing: Our marketing mix includes print advertising, direct mail, social media, email blasts and grass-roots marketing. In addition, CCL operates two, satellite WinStar World Casino branded, ticketing/marketing offices in Dallas and Grand Prairie, TX.
